So we were left with no choice but to go big when it came to our boxing and MMA area. With boxing being such a fundamental part of our business the last 14 years it’s only right we had a space that does it justice. Two 16ft boxing rings, 30 leather bags, a two lane sprint track, rebounders and designated skipping area..Its all geared up for improving technique, speed and power.
When it comes to MMA
we are lucky to have KGB Gym
as our residents. Not only are they the longest standing promoters in the country with a constant flow of 50/50 fights on their 'Adrenalin Fight Nights’ it's the perfect platform for up and coming mixed martial arts enthusiasts to have a foothold in their journey.
