Classes
Funky Pump
Our flagship class. A boxing based fitness class with a live DJ. Circuits for the first half and then boxing drills led by one of our instructors. Simply the best all round workout you can have. Covers every muscle, the instructor is training with you plus you've got the added bonus of having 40/50/60/70 training partners.
Bootcamps
Another full body workout. This time though we incorporate more functional moves, barbells, bags, ropes, sleighs, rings, med balls and kettle bells....we also put a lot of emphasis into using our huge range of cardio HIIT equipment like ski ergs, HIIT steppers, rowers, spin bikes and sprint treads to take the intensity up and to burn that fat.
Pad Class
Exactly what it says on the tin. Pad work is known for its benefits. Improves timing, technique, footwork, speed, power and most importantly gives you a great workout in very little time.
Barbell Class
This class is again a huge calorie burning, full body workout using predominantly barbells. The reps come down and the intensity goes up. With all the famous barbell exercises we touch on some of the Olympic lifts while trying not tolet the intensity drop.
AB Class
Specifically targeting the abs and core, 40-60 mins depending on the workout. It’s all about breaking the most important muscle group down and making it stronger. It’s been added since Christmas 2016 and has really made difference to people’s physiques.
BBB
New class introduced to offer a complete workout that is full of variety. Bars, Bags and Kettle-bells. Fast and furious with no easy stations, again covering all the major muscle groups.
Bag Class
The legendary bag class is an hour of bag combos and fitness drills intervals with your partner. Move through the gym pushing each other with the DJ smashing the tunes out.
Kettle Bells
The diversity that kettle bell offers, ensures you can have a no nonsense workout which hits the whole body.
TRX and
Kettle Bell
The combination of the two pieces of equipment compliment each other perfectly for an all over workout which really hits the core in particular.
Spin Fit
Another high intensity class centring on use of the spin bike. Its another great variation of fitness class with a twist. The options are unlimited to the variety of sessions you can deliver with use of the bikes which is key piece of apparatus in improving fitness.
Funky
Pump LITE
Quite simply a lighter less intense version of our flagship class. A great introduction to the classes and something which has proved very successful to get people into exercise.
Baby Pump
This class was incorporated into the timetable so that mothers with young babies could bring their children to the gym in a safe and comfortable environment for them both to be in whilst you ease yourself back into fitness.
Yoga
This class needs no introduction and we are very lucky to have one of the best instructors delivering this class. With so many health benefits its no wonder more and more people are including it into their weekly routine.
Bag Drills
Non stop bag work led by one of our world class instructors. Combinations, fitness drills, its just a real high intensity workout with a live dj providing the energy.
Running club
Introduced as one of the classes that will compliment our triathlon team when we launch that. With a mixed range of fitness levels we encourage people to get involved in this as running seems to be something people avoid doing on their own.
Hyrox
Hyrox has fitted perfectly into our Ware-house timetable. From the start in our old gym in Northampton Lane, we have always put emphasis on ‘running intervals’ to add intensity and improve fitness. We are delighted that the world has caught up and Hyrox has taken this to the masses. Hyrox is functional strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and endurance training, allowing it to test well-rounded fitness in a way that hasn't previously been done.
Fitness enthusiasts are encouraged to enter competitions where they can go up against others gym goers.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It's suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. This class is a great addition to our timetable which is predominantly high intensity and high energy.
Dance Fit
Again a nice addition to the timetable at Ware-House gym. Getting fit through dance allows the body to move and groove so you don’t even realise how hard you are working. Its upbeat and fun, and takes place in our mirrored studio so you can learn and watch in a perfect environment for a dance class.
Guerrilla Games
A fitness class that involves large compound movements touching on Olympic lifts, high intensity full body workouts, with cardio intervals mixed in with dynamic multi joint movement exercises.
