With a lighting system that will be better than any nightclub in the country, sound system to match, little tips of the hat to Ibiza and ‘House Music’ it’s gonna be the most exciting energy filled room in the gym. 

With venues across South Wales this will be the ultimate venue for its ever expanding recruits. The room has been carefully planned out to accommodate the perfect blend of fitness classes to produce the most rounded physiques. 

Spin, Yoga, Barbells, Kettlebells, TRX, Bag classes and Bootcamps this is our current business picked up and put in this purpose built room.
